Youth Republic does not offer cash refunds or a money-back guarantee, providing replacements only for defective items and permitting size exchanges within 7 days. 
Refund and Money-Back Terms
No Cash Refunds: Young Generation explicitly states that they do not offer money-back guarantees or cash refunds on purchased items.
Defective Items: A replacement is sent only if a damaged, faulty, or defective item is shipped to you.
Proof Required: Photographic evidence of any defect must be sent via Instagram or WhatsApp within 7 days of purchase to process a claim.
    Exchange Guidelines
    Exchange Window: Products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
    Customer Costs: Customers must pay the shipping cost to send the parcel back to the warehouse for size changes or customer-driven exchanges.
    Conditions: Items must be unused, untampered, and not damaged by user wear.
